Creachadoir (right) at a big price and I stuck a couple of points on Portsmouth for the Cup at evens. On the Friday my day also got off to a flyer with Luberon at 8.1 (but again I was let down by my other two bets).So in Summary, since I last posted, I've had 19 "real" bets with just 4 winners, for a net loss of 4.2 points. Not sure when I'll come back off my break but I got paid yesterday so I'm not terribly short of cash, though I am going to have to shell out a bit for petrol/van hire when I move back to England (which is planned for June 2nd, we need to get pished before then, gents) and I did buy my season ticket yesterday.

In my defence, I cleaned up in the first season, as a result most of my decent players achieved all they felt they could at Rangers and wanted out. I brought in new faces, but by the time they gelled, Dom was out of sight. Same thing the next season...
Head to head, and trophy wise Dom and I would be even. I also got to the semi's of the UEFA cup. Alas, it was not to be !

Hey guys I have a big tip for Tomintoul Flyer in the 7.35 at Sandown tonight. Trained by the master Henry Cecil, the horse won 2of his 3 juvenile starts late last season. He runs off a mark of 85 here which looks lenient especially considering he has an entry in the group 2 Kind Edward the VII stakes at Royal Ascot. This entry wouldn't be so relevant had the owner been a John Magnier or Khalid Abdulla but the owner is infact A local Brewers- Angus Dundee distillers plc. The horse will probably want 1m4f but should have enough class to win over this trip. he was a best priced 2/1 this morning but is not down to as low as 11/8 in places. I managed to get some 15/8 from Scotbet and am very hopeful. Main danger looks to be Tajweed. However he is on a higher mark than last time for winning a poor 4 runner race and encounters different ground conditions to last time. Hope you guys get a chance to get on and the Flyer does us the business!
